***All equipment is charged for the entire time that it is out, meaning from the time that it leaves our store until the time that it is returned.***
STANDARD RENTAL PERIOD
Minimum 4 hours*
Day 24 hour period*
Weekend Pick up on Saturday & return item on Monday between 7:00-8:00 AM for a one day charge (hour meter limitations apply)*
Weekly 7 consecutive days*
Monthly 4 consecutive weeks*
*Rental items with hour meters are allowed the following running time on the meter:
8 hours for day rental*
8 hours for 24 hour rental*
8 hours for weekend rental
40 hours for weekly rental*
160 hours for monthly rental*
Any additional usage will be prorated and charged to your card.
IDENTIFICATION
A Missouri driver’s license and credit/debit card is required for all first-time rentals. If an out-of-state license is presented or if a credit/debit card is not available a cash deposit may be taken, at proprietor's discretion. Please call us if you have questions. Proof of insurance is required for vehicles towing trailers.
DEPOSITS
A cash or credit deposit may be taken on certain rental item; examples may be but are not limited to: concrete items, nail guns, painting equipment, tile saws, etc. This is to ensure the equipment is returned
and returned clean. A fuel or cleaning deposit may also be taken on applicable rental items. Equipment leaves our store full of fuel and clean. If not returned in the same condition, your card will be charged.
RESPONSIBILITY & DAMAGES
The customer is fully responsible for the equipment from departure to return. A damage waiver is added to each rental item. The damage waiver cost is an additional 10% of the rental cost. Please call us if you have questions in regards to conditions and applicability of the damage waiver. Equipment is not to be left on our lot after hours- customer is responsible.
