RENTAL POLICIES

STANDARD RENTAL PERIOD

Minimum            4 hours

Day                       24 hour period*

Weekend            Pick up anytime on Saturday & return item on Monday between 7:00-8:00 AM  for a one day charge*

Weekly               7 consecutive days*

Monthly             4 consecutive weeks*

 

 All equipment is charged for the time that the equipment is out, from the time that it leaves our store until the time that it is returned.

 

*Rental items with hour meters are allowed the following running time on the meter:

8 hours for day rental

8 hours for weekend rental

40 hours for weekly rental

160 hours for monthly rental

Any additional usage will be charged accordingly.

 

IDENTIFICATION

A Missouri driver’s license and credit/debit card is required for all first-time rentals.  If an out-of-state license is presented or if a credit/debit card is not available a cash deposit may be taken. Please call us if you have questions. Proof of insurance is required for vehicles towing trailers.

 

DEPOSITS

 

A cash or credit deposit may be taken on certain rental item; these include, but are not limited to: concrete items, nail guns, painting equipment, tile saws, etc.  This is to ensure the equipment is returned clean.

 

A fuel deposit may also be taken on applicable rental items.  Equipment leaves our store full of fuel. If you choose to fill the equipment back full of fuel, your deposit will be returned.

 

RESPONSIBILITY & DAMAGES

 

The customer is fully responsible for the equipment from departure to return. A damage waiver is added to each rental item. The damage waiver cost is an additional 10% of the rental cost.  Please call us if you have questions in regards to conditions and applicability of the damage waiver. Equipment is not to be left on our lot after hours- customer is responsible.
